Is there a way to clear DHCP leases on the Pepwave without power cycling the unit.

Does the DHCP lease time also applies to the wan port as well?

DHCP lease time is control by the DHCP server. If Pepwave device is getting a DHCP IP from a WAN DHCP server, the DHCP lease time is beyond Pepwave device control. You can disable the WAN to obtain a new DHCP IP from the DHCP server.
