Define bonding.

The Balance 20 can use two WAN connections concurrently and load balance between them. This happens out of the box and you get to chose assorted algorithms for the load balancing. Not sure if this is bonding, technically speaking.

If you want one router client to think they have a single pipe that is as fast as both WAN connections combined, that’s another thing.

In numbers, if WAN1 is 80Mbps and WAN2 is 30Mpbs, then out of the box any router client is limited to 80Mpbs. If you want a single client to be able to ruse all 110Mpbs, then its more complicated.
