On Balance models, navigate to Network > Remote User Access.
On MAX models, navigate to Advanced > Remote User Access.

The password is in the “domain” field instead of the “password” field in your screenshot.
This seems to match the error description.

Yes, I see, but I entered the right password in the password field.
I have new trouble
I tested this pc with another VPN (IBM3850 , this vpn server is the draytek vigor2920, l2tp ipsec) , it connected.
I test with windows server 2008 (anorther PC).

Hi Nguyenhp,
To be able to connect using L2TPover IPSec make sure the following ports are not blocked :UDP 500. UDP 5500 and UDP 1701.
Disabling your firewall temporarily might help?
