Starlink not connected

The port where starlink is connected to Peplink MAX BR2 Pro shows up, but status shows connecting

Hi,

Just checking did you test the Starlink if there is even a connection? Maybe there is to much blocking?

If not try and assign a virtual WAN to one of the WAN ports and use the starlink on there.

Thanks for the response, the issue is now resolved; opened a case with Starlink and they fixed it
