Is it possible to run and setup FusionHub on a VM inside a Windows VPS with VMPlayer/Oracle Vbox installed.
Then I would like set up PepVPN and connect my HD4 device to this FusionHub?

Yes you can setup a Pepvpn between HD4 and FH, the important thing is that the wan of the fusion hub has a static public ip or ddns .
