Hello,

I’m trying to set up InContol for my Surf-On-The-Go router and I’m getting an error. In InContol, it says this device is already registered. In InControl 2, it says it is not supported. Can anyone help?

Can you please open a support tickethere for the team to check ? Please make sure you include the device serial number into the support ticket for the team to further investigate.

Surf on-the-go is not supported by Incontrol.

Perhaps support is confused, but right on the website it says InControl supports the SOTG (http://www.peplink.com/products/pepwave-surf-on-the-go/.)

One of the main reasons I purchased the SOTG was so that I could monitor what devices are using the most bandwidth. Is there anyway to track that with the SOTG?

SOTG is only can be manage by InControl. Believe support team had resolved your issue.
