Hi there, this is the most basic of questions but when I try to access my router, I’ve forgotten my username and password (it’s been a while!) and there is no facility for “forgotten password” can someone please help?

if you enter “reset password” in the searchbar of the forum, you will get more than 50 posts 
If you use InControl, you can access the Webinterface from there, if not…

Hi Dennis, thanks for that, much appreciated, however I cannot get to the LCD panel and I’m not even sure what/where that is, all I get is this (see image) and no way to access “forgot password” or anything else that may be effectual or helpful.
You’re on a MAX device - there is no LCD panel.
You’re options are:
- Use incontrol 2 to reset your admin password
- Do a hard reset on your MAX device so the password gets reset.
