Is anyone else experiencing the same problem as me? This issue is causing system disruptions and is very frustrating.

The device displayed: System: Started up (8.2.0 build 5103)
At that time, the router rebooted. I updated to the latest version but it was still the same, so I downgraded it again.
@John_Mike as a security measure, we have masked the IP addresses in your device event log screen capture.
Based on the log, it looks like it is a Balance 305 or above model in an HA setup, and I do not see errors related to Time Sync or other services, except for several RUA-OpenVPN disconnection events.
Are you experiencing a RUA-OpenVPN disconnection issue? If so, maybe you can contact your point of purchase to take a first look, or, submit a ticket for our team to review?
The line “System: Started up (8.2.0 build 5103)” indicates that the Peplink 710 device is automatically restarting and disconnecting from the internet. This can happen many times a day, even though the WAN connections are working normally.
@John_Mike this sounds strange… You mentioned the Balance 710 also experiences the same issue (unexpected reboot) in the latest firmware, is it referring to firmware version 8.5.4?
If that is the case, can you load the firmware 8.5.4 from this page, and download a Diagnostic Report after an abnormal reboot, then attach it to the ticket for our team to take a closer look?
You may quote this forum thread (PepLink error message regarding time synchronization and device startup) when submitting a support ticket, so the support team member is aware of the case background.
