My customer is using Peplink Balance 1350 devices for internet load balancing at both their office building and data center (1 pair each site). They are now considering upgrading to the Balance 1350EC model, which supports 10G interfaces.
I would like to clarify whether it is possible to configure HA between a Balance 1350 and a Balance 1350EC, or if HA is only supported between identical models (e.g., 1350–1350 or 1350EC–1350EC).
Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

No… You cannot sync… because they are not the same device.
Just have two devices… same configurations in each port… but every time… you change something in one device… will need to do the same change at another device… so… not easy.

device_a should have one password and device_b should have another kind of password… they cannot sync… so each device will have his own password.
And… Peplink will not support you… but… I can be wrong.
