I am moving a group with 2 devices in to an new organization that was already created.
Every time we want to move a group to the newly created organization, it asks what’s the name of the Org you want to move the group into.
We type the name of the new Org, but every time it creates a new Organization instead of choosing the Org we named.
Now we have 3 orgs of the same name
Am I missing something on how to move a group to an organization??

Many MSPs and Peplink Partners would like this, including our team.
The InControl2 team have created a feature allowing organisation administrators to move a group to a new organisation. However, beyond that, based on our understanding, it is technically fraught with too much risk to the integrity of the existing systems structures of InControl2 to allow the moving of groups between organisations. One challenge is moving a device between organisations with SpeedFusion managed by InControl2, which firstly requires the SpeedFusion profile to be deleted from the device(s) configuration (or the SpeedFusion profile deleted), even when you may want to maintain that SpeedFusion VPN.
I have moved this thread over to “Feature Request.” It’s a +1 from us also.

As per @Jonathan_Pitts’ previous note, it is still not possible to move groups from one organisation to another, if that’s what you are asking.
We also have to recreate the groups manually, delete the serial number from the previous organisation and add it to the new organisation.
Yes this I refering to then manual job in AI world. @mldowling thanks for claryfication.
But this is strange that you can move this to new organization but not existing one
