MAX Pro 5G AP Full

I’ve had MAX Pro 5G setup in an RV for about a year and recently started having an issue with mobile devices intermittently not able to connect with a “Access Point temporarily full” message.

The devices are set to use a fixed MAC (not random) and I’ve verified that the DHCP range is well above the number of devices connecting.

I’ve tried using a static IP and rebooting the router and/or the mobile devices but can’t find what’s causing this.

I haven’t found anything in the logs referenceing the issue and hoping someone could help me with some ideas to troubleshoot this.

Can you help to open ticket for us to take a look? Please provide info below when you open the ticket:

  1. Serial number of BR1 Pro 5G
  2. Firmware version of BR1 Pro 5G
  3. Turn on Remote Assistance on BR1 Pro 5G
  4. Provide a full screenshot of where you see “Access Point temporarily full” message
