Hi All I have problem with obtaining ip address on SDX from LT-4200 do any one try to connect this? DHCP is set up on lt terminal all looks ok but with direct connection can’t find IP address.

Just checking if you have tested the connection direct on a Laptop or PC?
This to confirm there is no issue on the Iridium side.
You can also check if you use another WAN port on the router. If there is none available maybe you can check with a vWAN?

The issue is resolved—it turned out to be an IP problem on the Peplink. It worked fine on the laptop, but the SDX wasn’t picking up an IP from the DHCP server on LT4200S. After switching it from DHCP server to client, static IP, everything is now working smoothly.
It took me a little while to figure out, but it’s stable. The speed isn’t quite good enough to keep InControl on constantly, but for our purposes it’s fine.
