GPS map ( dashboard ) does not appear after upgraded to v7

Dear Alan,

Recently we upgraded one of 35 pepwave MAX-BR1 from  firmware 6.3.1 to 7 but now the GPS map ( dashboard ) does not appear.

The original thread is not a good place to discuss your problem. So, I moved you here.

The problem shouldn’t relate to the firmware upgrade. You should check the GPS signal, line of sight or the GPS antenna. I suggest you get help from your purchasing point since this is more toward on the on-site experience.
