Starlink app fix

Peplink seems to be one of the few edge routers that cannot accommodate the Starlink app workaround. When NOT using the included Starlink wireless router, in order to be able to use the mobile app, you need the ability to route 192.168.100.1/32 or 192.168.100.0/24 to the WAN interface but not to the next hop necessarily. It is indeed for Starlink. Possibly could apply to other gateway manufacturers who don’t use standard IP of 192.168.100.1 but have a custom mobile app that allows you to manage the device.
