This message will appear on your dashboard to notify you when you have used up all your available SFC Connect Data.

Q: What should I do after I have run out of or surpassed my SFC Protect quota?

Fortunately for devices using the latest firmware 8.3.0, users will never run out of data, provided they still have a valid care plan. Instead, users may experience a decrease in speed to 10Mbps once they have exceeded their data usage limit. This drop in speed can still satisfy essential data requirements for necessary applications such as conducting online Zoom meetings and much more.

On the off chance that the speed is not sufficient, users also have the opportunity to replenish their SFC Connect data quota. This can be achieved by renewing or topping up the plan via the e-store, SFC portal, or even contacting a certified partner. In doing so, users can conveniently return to their original speed.
