It seems that you need to purchase PrimeCare to use Synergy Mode.
Can Balance One/Two products use Synergy Mode if they purchase EssentialCare or EssentialCare+?

I’ve been having several weird and hard to pinpoint issues since upgrading several Balance 20xs and a couple Surf Sohos to 8.3.0. Specifically, DNS will randomly stop working, then start working again. One or two sites have had issues where the DHCP server in the router appears to stop functioning every once in a while. Rebooting always resolves these issues, but only momentarily. This is over many different sites, with varying configurations, and different network topologies. Most of the sites are relatively vanilla setups, some are single LAN, some have a few VLANs. The common denominator is that all these sites have been upgraded from 8.2.1, which was rock solid, to 8.3.0, which has had issues since upgrading. I’m wondering what I’m missing, since I wouldn’t expect 50% or so of sites that have upgraded to 8.3.0 to have these issues, but they have. Rolling back to 8.2.1 fixes the issues completely. Anyone have any insight into why this might be happening, or perchance have experienced this yourself? I’ve not seen anyone else with these issues.
