Client VPN as new WAN interface

Hi all, sorry if it was there and i failed to find the answer.
I am new to the community and use balance one core at home as a perfect dual WAN.

Question if there is functionality to have a client VPN connection to act as third WAN interface so i can set up outbound rules and use VPN protected connection as a third WAN and pick it based on source/dest etc.

great was able to get it to work but perf i see is 1-1.5mbit on core one.
Is that expected or is that because of double NAT?
