Can't rearrange access rules 7.1.0

Hi,

I’m on firmware 7.1.0 on a Peplink Balance 20. I can create a new access rule, but it won’t let me move the rule. Every time I click apply changes it stays where the rule was created. I didn’t have this issue on older firmware revisions. Please advise.

In the newest firmware you can drag the rules by holding on to the handle on the left side of the rule. Thanks

I can move the rule, but when I click apply it goes back to the bottom of the access rules.
