Can I connect my Max Transit to a vpn with a .ovpn file?

Im new to Pepwave but fairly technical…

I have a Max Transit with (2) WAN connections:

1. ATT unlimited sim card
2. Wifi connected from a DSL router

Is there anyway to route all my internet traffic through an OpenVPN connection (I have the .ovpn file)?

NOTE: I’m not trying to VPN to MY home network…I got that.
