BR2 Pro Dropping LAN Traffic

I have been troubleshooting this for weeks and at a loss. Hoping someone can help out.

I have a BR2 Pro, and an AP One AC in this particular setup. Several times a day the wifi network remains connected to the client device, but traffic stops for anywhere from 2-90 seconds. I have gotten in the habit of running a constant ping from my laptop to the AP and BR2 so I could isolate whether the Ethernet between them was the culprit, but it is inconsistent - sometimes pings stay working to the AP, but not to the BR2, and sometimes both go down entirely.

IIve removed the AP from the equation temporarily and the issue is less common, but the signal to my laptop from the BR2 is weak, so that could be a factor.

I currently have re-enabled the AP one in Mesh mode to rule out Ethernet being an issue. The issue still occurs in this configuration as well.

Event logs on the BR2 don’t show anything out of the ordinary. On the AP it just shows that the WAN link goes down. What should I be looking into next?

Edit: I should add that connecting my laptop via Ethernet to the BR2 results in the same behavior but seems less frequent.

@Chad_and_Zac_Sweet-W do you mind submitting a ticket with the device info (eg. S/N, firmware version, etc) and a physical connectivity diagram (hand drawing will do), and enabling the Remote Assistance so we can check on the devices?

Is this an issue pinging from a client connected to the AP One, through to the BR2?

If so, check the event log on the switchport the AP is connected to for link up/down events & the event log on the AP for healthcheck errors.

You can also try disabling the healthcheck on the AP’s “wan” port, as its not really required/helpful as the AP only has 1 uplink. Sometimes the healthcheck errors and takes the AP down, and it has to wait out the healthcheck timer when it reconnects
