Balance One web admin: "System error"

Balance One web admin just recently died, refreshes yield only the text “System error”. The router appears to still be passing traffic, but is inaccessible to LAN web admin (and also to InControl). This device has operated flawlessly since I got it in October. Has anyone seen this behavior? I assume I need a reboot, but is there anything else to try, or is there data that would be helpful to troubleshoot how it got here?

This has happened several more times last night and today. I’ll submit a ticket.
