This AM my Balance 20 stopped serving up DHCP address, couldn’t be accessed locally and showed offline on InControl2. But for devices with valid leases access to internet and other devices on LAN was working.
Power cycle router and everything returned to normal.
I need an unattended way to power cycle when not on location.

I have set the router to reboot every AM.
Please ensure the Balance 20 is running latest firmware version. We fixed the known stability issue. If it is running the latest firmware version, please download Diagnostic Report then submit a ticket for us to check.
