Amazon Purchase of B One 5G Router - Will not Activate

I purchased a Return B One 5G from Amazon.

Serial Number
Model B one 5G

and it says the unit has been register to another user.

I call Amazon Team and they do not know how to deregister it.

Can you guys help?

I’d suggest to delete the serial number from your original post.

Officially the policy from Peplink is that they will not remove a device registered to another organisation:

You can try to open a support ticket with Peplink here, but as stated above, the official policy is they will not do this anymore.

You might need to dig into who actually sold you the unit via Amazon, as if it was not one of the partners listed on the linked page below and it were myself I’d frankly return it and buy one via an authorised reseller as anything sold new should never arrive registered to someone else Ic2 organisation:
