All of my devices are showing off-line as of about 10 minutes ago in IC2. Is there something going on with the service that anyone knows about? Is there a status page somewhere where I can check the status of in control?
Me too, all devices shows offline in IC2, but works fine.
All of my 2k devices are offline right now as well
Nothing like a mini heart attack in the middle of the day thinking I had a huge problem to really get the blood flowing!
Yup me too slowly coming back up
Getting a lot of reports in… Hopefully get a fix / answer soon on what happened. Definitely backend IC2 issue.
Replying for following alerts and insight. Also observing the same symptoms at this time across different customers’ ISPs. Mixed bag with some within the same group not also reporting offline.
Support has confirmed a backend IC2 issue in a support case I open it and they are “working on it“
interested in the same.
Same here. Tons of devices showing offline in IC2 but aren’t actually offline. Nearly had a stroke when I saw the alert emails coming in. Hoping the team a swift recovery for whatever the server side failure is.
Hi all,
We’re currently experiencing some issues with Incontrol2. Our engineering team is already working to fix it. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have new information.
We appreciate your patience.

we just had half our devices go “offline” and then getting a 503 error after refreshing the web page.
Ours too are showing off line
I think it’s probably just an ic issue. I have several devices that show offline but they are all functioning as expected.
Same here. Traffic still running, but no management
We use the peplink dynamic dns service so, we have a lot of issues
Our org currently has 900 devices offline
Hi all,
The website is now stable, and the devices are gradually coming online.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Sincerely,
