Will an RCA be provided to customers for this outage?

The APs are slowly coming back up; however, none of my switches are showing online.

Switches are coming up, but we can’t make any changes to their configuration.

ok all of equipments are seen online now. thank you

Same issue here for multiple customers, most devices have come back up now but still seeing some switches showing offline.

@ Ramiro_Bocan
It used to be any Incontrol Issues were reported on this page:

and we could follow it to be alerted to any Incontrol issues and know that you guys were working on it. @Michael and @WeiMing used to be some of the reporters on this.
Is this no longer the case? Is there a way for us to be alerted to when there is an InControl issue and know that someone at Peplink is working on the issue actively?

@Michael and @WeiMing , there needs to be a PROPER status page, not a forum post that isn’t really updated.

Something like status.io.

I agree. We definitely will have a RCA update and also a modern status page. Thanks for the feedback.

this is making me panic, is this interfering with the speedfusion connection too?

No, all router operations are independent of IC2’s status.

Currently, only our AP-One AX Wifi APs are still shown as offline in IC2. Although they are all working. Balance, AP AC One Minis and SD Switches are shown online.

I agree with you @ChristopherSpitler we need a legit status page. This service is too important to rely on forums and assumptions.

Waiting here for update

Been hours now? Most of our devices are still showing offline. Not seeing any new information come in from Peplink?

Hi All, please follow this thread (InControl issue tracking page - #53 by Michael) for the details of the incident that happened yesterday.

Good day.

Is this issue still attended to.
We still have sites showing offline on IC2 at our clients.

Hi @Rickdp, Could you create a ticket about this? Please mention that the problem started yesterday with the Incontrol2 issue and hasn’t been fixed yet.

Our last 3 devices only came back online again yesterday. I opened a ticket with my dealer who had no ideas other than creating new Outbound Policy Expert Mode rules (which we had already and didn’t help) and they opened a ticket with Peplink on Monday. They still have no reply to that. But yesterday our final devices came back on line (and had been up and passing data all that time.) This is more than an inconvenience: we use Incontrol for monitoring and remote control as well as management. Hopefully after this Peplink re-evalutates their very high pricing for self-hosted management: you’d think that they would welcome customers offloading the Incontrol cloud platform and taking responsibility for their own management if this kind of thing can start without warning and go on for 5 days with no explanation…
