Hello Team,
how to reset admin password on peplink balance two device without losing configuration.

or use inControl Web Admin. You have it in incontrol?

I do not have the balance two, so I do not know if this applies –

Double check before trying!

If you can’t reset from incontrol, I found with a balance without LCD, holding the reset button briefly reset the admin password without doing the full factory reset. Holding it longer (10 seconds – I’m not sure the exact duration) resets it fully I believe. Double check before doing so.
