Your IP address has changed. Please log in again

We have a Peplink Balance 20. We have two internet connections coming into it. It then goes into a Meraki MX65 which provides DHCP. Our problem is that when we use or webmail or cpanel, we are constantly logged out with the error Your IP address has changed . Please log in again.

Is there a way to configure it so it will stay with one IP until the session is over rather than keep switching?

Hi welcome to the forum.
I suspect that if you look in outbound policies you have a https persistence rule. Open that and change it from ‘By Source’ to ‘By Destination’.
