I have ticket 24080351 in for one of two Pepwave MAX Transit LTEA devices showing the same symptoms.
Originally with 8.1.3s003 build 5183 firmware but updating to the latest firmware didn’t change anything.
The cellular dashboard shows No device detected
Checking for Cellular module firmware upgrade under /support.cgi at first shows that the cellular upgrade isn’t supported.
Clicking a second time asks to try again later.
I wanted to document this in the Community as I haven’t seen many mentions of this.
In the past we’ve had Transit and BR1 Minis have issues with their cellular modules but this is the first time that a cellular module firmware upgrade hasn’t fixed the issue.
I look forward to continuing to work with Peplink support on this.
