Wlan prob not working (pepwave MAX)

Hello,
I am trying to turn on/use wifi analytics data collection.

My model is Pepwave model: MAX BR1 MK2 LTEA
Firmware version: 8.0.2s091 build 1507

After turning the feature on for a few days on InControl web interface, when trying to get actual data using the wlan_probe (as mentioned here: Location Analytics - #3 by Lewis_Kong)
I am always getting no data. The router is active and I know there are/were people in the shop where it was installed.

Is there an issue with the API? or other configuration?
