I have a Pepwave Max BR1 Mini B8A6 HW1-2. It appears as though I have a wireless failure ---- I am unable to hold a connection to the unit’s wireless signal (if I can connect, the connection fails). I am able to connect to the unit through an Ethernet cable — and it is working as expected (I am using a cellular LTE SIM card for internet connectivity). Any ideas about how to troubleshoot wifi and how I can resolve this? Thank you
Hello Rokas! I was helped by your technical support team and was able to resolve all problems. I updated the firmware from 8.01 to 8.0.3. And, I did a factory reset. Right now, everything is running. Thank you for your reply
