Windows 10 and L2TP/IPSEC

Dear All

I am the only person who is trying to use the Peplink device for users to remotely VPN and access the LAN. I know the configuration is fine as my Apple works but any windows 10 machine will just not connect. On the forums I have tried all the suggested options but still nothing. The devices are Balance one and Balance 20.

There was Windows Update bug breaking it back in January. Here is the microsoft update that fixed it, KB5010793 hope this helps.
