Will a MAX BR1 MiniLTE work on Verizon?

I purchased a Pepwave on eBay and it doesn’t have an IMEI number. Does that mean it is not a Verizon version?

All cellular radios have IMEI numbers. What is the full model number of the device you purchased? The sticker on the bottom should show you.

This is a really old device. While it is certified on Verizon, it’s 4G only and doesn’t support some modern bands.

The IMEI should be printed on the silver sticker on the bottom of the box. If it’s not there, you’ll need to try to log in locally. If it’s locked, you can try to factory reset it, but you’ll want to get the serial number and add it to InControl2.
