Wild card for source ip in outbound rules

whats the best way to do a wild card or ip range in an outbound rule

for example if i want a rule for all clients from 192.168.1.20-29

Grouped networks can be used for this.

If the IPs ranges you want to use do not align on a subnet boundary nicely then add each IP as a /32 (i.e. single IP) entry to the group.

Indeed a Wildcard would be nice.
I also would love to see something like 192.168.*.123
