WIFI Not Getting IP

Hello! We have had a Balance 210 deployed for several months now, and it has been working great. Today, we got a new ISP - and ever since we configured our new ISP, our Wireless Clients cannot get an IP address. We have the Balance 210, and (2) AP One Minis, which are controlled by the Balance 210. In addition to our main network, which we use for clients connected directly via the switch, we have (2) VLAN’s - VLAN 3 (Network 192.168.3.1/24) and VLAN 4 (192.168.4.1/24). Both of these VLAN’s have DHCP Server enabled for respective IP Blocks (192.168.3.10 - 192.168.3.250 AND 192.168.4.10 - 192.168.4.250). We have (2) SSID’s that correlate with these VLAN’s. EMSNet-Staff is configured to connect to VLAN 3, and EMSNet-Guest is configured to connect to VLAN 4.

Now, when our WiFi users connect to either network, it will pass authentication, but won’t get an IP from the DHCP server. In the client list, these will show up as 0.0.0.0, and the client will self-assign a dummy IP (169.254.x.x).

We created a third SSID (EMSTest1), which is configured to connect to VLAN 1 (untagged)…and those connect just fine and get an IP just fine on the main network (192.168.1.1/24), but we are trying to keep traffic separate.

I submitted a ticket but was hoping somebody may have suggestions in the meantime.

Base on the description given, strongly believe the issue is cause by the recent configuration changes. Further investigation from the device is require in-order to identify the issue. Support team will follow with you via support ticket.
