Wi-Fi client connection fail on SSID#2 ONLY on two of the six access points

ISSUE = Majority of Wi-fi clients will not join SSID#2 on two of the six Peplink AP’s.

However, all Wi-Fi clients can join:

  • SSID#1 (on all the APs).
  • SSID#2 on four of the six APs.

PEPLINK SYSTEM (All @ latest Firmware)

1) ROUTER = MAX BR2 PRO 5G (MAX-BR2-PRO-5GH-T-PRM HW V4)

Problematic “APO-AX #4” =connected to Port 5 on PEPLINK 24 port switch #4
Problematic “APO-AX #5” =connected to Port on PEPLINK 8 port switch2 #1

Note - all AP’s are connected to PEPLINK 24 port switch w/POE except AP#5. All switch port programming has been confirmed good.

NOTES

  1. I was able to get one ipad to connect to SSID#2 on both of the problematic AP’s

  2. FACTORY RESETS PERFORMED on all peplink devices last week.

  3. All FW is up to date on all peplink devices.
