Why is IC2 Device Availability Poor

I’m confused as to what Device Availability means in IC2? As you can see from the screenshot below, my Balance One’s Internet Availability has been at 100% while the Device Availability has typically been at 73.96%, except for yesterday which was higher for unknown reasons.

This device has 5x WANs and has been online the entire time. There are many devices with active websocket sessions to cloud controllers that send me instant push notifications when devices are not reachable, which has not happened lately.

Please help me figure out what’s going on here…

There is a bug in calculating the availability figures. We are fixing it. At this moment, the figures are unavailable. We will get it fixed as soon as we can.
