Why doesn't InControl App on IOS save our login and passwords

This has become a nightmare. I have to look up the very long password each time and type it into the phone each time. I see no “save password” or any other thing that most apps have. And of course, they didn’t program the app with the correct keyboard so the correct choices are there to type the email login or passwords with numbers and symbols without constantly going between Letters and Numbers.

Is there some special way to get this app to save my login and password on an iPhone?
Heck, even all my banks and brokerages save them on my iPhone.

I am hoping I am doing something wrong. -Bill

WOW, THREE DAYS AND NOTHING? Peplink wants me to use a really short and easy password? Whats wrong with this picture? Is this my incompetence or theirs?

LastPass, my password manager on my iPhone and iPad, inserts the correct password into the InControl App after I type in my Peplink ID. Unfortunately, I continually get a “Login Fail”. I have no issues using the same credentials through a browser. Maybe it is time to delete the app and stick with a browser

Yeah, even having to type in our email address seems pretty last century programming. We must be missing something. If I have to use my phone to do something on my Max I really need to do it now. Otherwise I would wait to get to my laptop. -Bill
