Where Do I Post If I'm Not a Happy Customer?

I have been trying for days to get answers to my question about a simple Balance 20 install and cant get anywhere and tech hardly ever respond. Not Happy!!!

That’s not a fair statement Tommy, we have been providing you good telephone support over the last couple of days.

Unfortunately, we are not at your physical location and are doing our best to help you remotely.

On Monday we can do some network captures and confirm the packets are getting processed properly in the Balance, what happens to them after they leave and go on to your LAN network is beyond our control.
