What is throughput of my 30LTE?

I have Peplink Balance 30 LTE and noticed the max. throughput is 150Mbps. If we have 250Mbps (Down) internet connected to the router, I won’t get the full speed of 250Mbps, right?
Somehow, I am getting about 175~180Mbps if I run speed test.

Someone also told me router cpu can handle only up to 100Mbps on this router. Is this true? Where can I find all this info?

The Balance 30 LTE is rated for 150Mbps throughput but you may get more than that out of it as you have discovered. Thanks.
