I’ve been looking at manuals and googling and I’m astounded that this info isn’t readily available. Is Peplink compatible with other common versions of so called “passive PoE”? Is it compatible with the ubiquitous Ubiquiti 24v PoE adaptors that everyone has sitting in a drawer?
I’ll answer my own question. The Ubiquiti 24v 0.5A PoE injector does indeed work with a Max BR-1 Mini (HW1 I believe).
So the pinout must be the most common arrangement of +4,5pins, -7,8pins.
Why this isn’t in the BR-1 Mini documentation is another of those Peplink mysteries…
