WebEx meetings no longer working via SpeedFusion Cloud

I use WebEx heavily throughout the day for work, and it was the primary application that made me go with PepLink and SpeedFusion. Everything was working fine a couple of weeks ago, but today I’m having to completely disable SFC for WebEx.

Anyone know if something changed on the SFC side, or know if there’s a fix?

What’s the error/issue that you are getting/experiencing?
Have you tried a different SFC node?

I’ll have the WebEx client up, then, when the meeting is about to start, I’ll click the button to join. At that point, WebEx will just say “connecting” for about 15 seconds then display an error that it wasn’t able to connect to the meeting.

I did learn that our WebEx instance was migrated to the video-mesh/“converged” platform around the time this error started, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Funny enough, I just tried it again and it now works. Hopefully it was just a temporary glitch somewhere.
