Web blocking update failed

Balance 210. Firmware 7.0.0. These messages are in my system log repeatedly. Is this a known issue?

Jun 09 08:14:30 Web blocking: An update for Web blocking DB is available.
Jun 09 08:13:17 Web blocking: Activation failed

Jun 09 03:20:16 Web blocking: An update for Web blocking DB is available.
Jun 09 03:19:03 Web blocking: Activation failed

This was fixed in v7.0.1. Anyway, I need your favor to open ticket to recover the DB then only upgrade to v7.0.1 to prevent this problem re-occurs.

Case is opened. I don’t know what you mean by “recover the DB”. I see that 7.0.1 is available. Can I upgrade now, or wait for you to do something?

Please let us doing database recovery then only upgrade to v7.0.1.

Hi Sir,

We use peplink balance 380 and the same status appear on Logs.
“Web blocking: Category lists integrity check failed or old database detected.”

How to resolve this issue? The firrmware is already 7.1.2.
