Is there a Web admin, admin password recovery for the Balance 1350 ?
I lost the password of the balance 1350 and I need to recover it with actual configuration.

Ah there is no way to recover the web admin password yet so we might have to factory-reset the box to set a new one.
It is always a good idea to keep a copy of the password somewhere safe. We are also looking at some password recovery options now and this will come in future firmware once it is ready.

Apologies. With a Balance 1350, on firmware 5.4 or above, we can actually reset the password via the LCD.
It is at Maintenance > Reset Admin Password. The password is then reset to default - admin. Remember to change it and keep a safe copy of it for future reference.
