Warranty Expired

Dears,
I can no longer control some of my devices though In-Control2 account
because of the warranty period for the mentioned devices has been expired
So, will you please advise what shall i do to achieve web-based control again on these devices.

You can buy InControl-Subscription for a period of 12 month or 24 month. (SKU: ICS-012,ICS-024)
InControl 2 subscriptions are applicable to:
Balance 20, 30, 50, One, One Core
MAX On-The-Go, BR
Surf SOHO
AP One AC Mini, 300M, In-Wall, Flex
AP Pro
FusionHub Essential, FusionHub Pro

All other devices need to be under warranty, to be manageable in InControl.
So your Balance1350 needs Extended Warranty, available for 12month or 24 month.
Your device is out of warranty for a few days only. Please ask your Peplink Partner if it is posiible to provide Extended Warranty for this device.

For devices out of warranty you can have SmartCare to get them back in warranty status. You may be asked to provide a current diag file.
