WAN static to MaxBR1pro to specific LAN devices

I have an ethernet WAN static to a Max BRI which is set to be a DHCP server with specific LAN ips reserved by MAC. Not sure how to router traffic to specific devices on the LAN. Example, WAN IP 123.456.x.x. The BR1 I have Vlan123 on port 2 with several devices now assigned static Ips. 198.166.2.2 and and 198.168.2.3. So in the simple scenario how would I remote in, say via ssh to one or the other machine via port forwarding. I have ssh assigned to different ports on each machine.

Two Steps.

  1. Go to Advanced > Inbound Access | Servers. Add an entry for each LAN device you want to remote into.
  2. Go to Advanced > Inbound Access | Services add an entry for each LAN device. Set name, protocl to TCP, choose port mapping and set a unique external Port that maps to the target port on the LAN device. Tick the WAN you want to use, tick the server you want to target.

Repeat that for each LAN device - hit save and apply.

Thanks for that info.

Somewhat in the same process I have been unable to get additional WAN static IPs to work. I have tried several methods. First, my ISP provided a bank of static IPs. I set the WAN to one of the xxx.xxx.xx.52. That works fine. But in the same setup page under Additional IP Address Settings I tried to add another of the static IPs xxx.xxx.xx.53. And per the ? I deleted that address from the list. As can be seen, the drop down list now goes from *.51 to *.54. Also the subnet mask I need. 255.255.240.0(/24) is not offered. I can’t seem to undo what I have done and start over, but anyway it didn’t work. Nothing I do can get that *.53 static IP to work. If I simple remove that ISP cable from the peplink and but it into an unmanaged switch, and of the bank of WAN static IPs are configurable to the ISP settings are good. 1) I would like to be able to undo what I did in the Additional IP Address Settings. 2) I need to be able to use any of the static WAN ips so I can port them over to LAN devices.

Maybe I should create a new topic for this?
