I purchased a Max Transit Duo through MobileMustHave.com in the last few weeks and now that I finally have worked out data plans I’m trying to setup the WAN Smoothing and Bonding but I keep running into issue after issue and I feel I am completely missing something. I believed that my purchase of the equipment which came with 1 year of Prime Care would be everything needed to set this up but the only comprehensive instructions provided on the community tab refers to an activation key that I can’t seem to get and the Mobile Must Have tech is telling me it is not needed, is this true? What am I missing?
