WAN Quality Test

Hi,

Do you know where Peplink gathers the quality test from? Where does it send the ping from and to? When running a Ping Plotter to the one Peplink in question, latency tests are fine. Quality tests on the Peplink are not good. Any insight would be helpful.

Pretty Sure WAN quality tests measure latency to the 2nd hop from your WAN IP towards google.com.

The idea being not to have artificially good measurements by pinging the gateway device which may well be a local ISP router.
