any one have issued their cellular WAN Quality didn’t show latency graph suddenly.

Yes. It’s set to Auto be default… meaning the device decides if it needs to be measuring latency or not… you can force it on at this menu location on the device… Network (Top Menu) → WAN (Left Menu) → WAN Quality Monitoring (On the Page) … At least that’s where the setting is on my device
