what device do you have ? Typically you can set WAN priorities on the router Dashboard page.

If you have specific questions you’ll get good assistance here.
Abbreviated answer: On the dashboard, place the wired connection in Priority One and the cel provider in Priority 2. But there are more elegant ways to achieve more granular control of “what traffic uses which WAN.” The firmware manual is really your friend here.
