I am not sure its related but since the upgrade to 8.2.0 on my 380X I have no latency info anymore on none of my 3 Wan connections
Hi Sander, I had a similar problem with my SOHO MK3: 8.2.0 showed WAN latencies orders of magnitude higher than 8.1.3. I had an open ticket with Peplink support for weeks before they finally fixed it with a customized version of 8.2.0. They said it took so long because it was low priority as no one else had reported the problem. You should contact Peplink support–hopefully, you’ll get a quicker resolution.
